#1 all accounts that were cancelled before pay to play should be rerolled or moved to a special server. This is a pay to play game, not free anymore and most people cancelled there account so they didnt have to pay. This wold open up spots on all server and not just a few but alot. This is a start and needs to be done.
Also all alts need to be factored in. The inactive alts. They are being taking into population count.
ALSO DONT PEOPLE WANT TO PLAY WITH ACTIVE PLAYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If inactive account are not counted then why are you still able to select where they go? Also are Alts counted at a playable character also?

Doesn't make since to hold data esp for people who quit when it was still F2P or people who have no intention to keep playingQuote:

No SE should have sent out emails last month saying if you wish to retain your character you would need to sign in and click something.
This way people who were still interested but waiting would still keep their characters and people who are long gone and couldn't care less would be deleted.
Either way it doesn't matter, it is what it is, time to get over it. -
