Live Letter audio is unacceptable

The audio on the live letter today is/was atrocious. And the responsibles telling me to increase my volume does not help when the hall sound in compairsion to the translator audio is too much. I have to full focus on the stream, not being able to play the game you are trying to advertise simultanously, because I have to hard focus on the translation to understand anything.
If you are not willing to put proper audio on a translation why even bother?

But apparently 15 min of complaining finally made them fix it.

I'm watching the English stream and it's fine. Not sure what the problem is with the audio for some.

It's fine for me I don't get how you're not hearing it I can hear Koji, Yoshi, etc.
