[dev1302] Changes to Spell Casting Specifications (Default Secondary Targets)

I don't come across this all that often, but it does drive me nuts when I'm casting a spell on one mob in a group (linked, or I've gathered multiple mobs) and that mob dies and my spell is cancelled.

Can we get a default secondary target within the engaged mobs, so if the targeted mob dies while I'm casting a spell it will automatically reassign my target to another mob and my spell will still go off? Maybe this should/could apply to only AOE spells.

Simple boolean logic. If that target is dead before the spell is cast, switch to another target.

The problem is which one? What if its a mob you're NOT trying to attack because it's asleep?

Yeah, this is why I'm thinking maybe its only for AOE spells when engaged by multiple/linked mobs.

They should allow you to toggle an auto target. As soon as a claimed mob dies, it will automatically auto target the next claimed mob. Still canceling the spell due to the dangers of breaking CC. It would make it easier. And if you don't like the auto target, just turn it off. :)
