Viera don't even have the high heels they're supposed to have.

Go look at the Dancer video. You can see she's wearing normal shoes and her feet are flat on the ground.

Because that's how the Viera anatomy works. They don't have flat feet, they have a naturally high heel and they need something to support it.

To me it looks like the heel is clipping into the ground to account for the job animations. Could be wrong tho.

It's a fashion choice, nothing more

If they don't have the high heels, then what's the super big problem with adding Viera since they are just fit for Hyur body? Wasn't the high heels the motive for them to not add Viera before? Why do we need to sacrifice Male viera if female viera does not bring anything new to justify that whole gender lock mess? Arent hrothgar just Roegadyn bodies too? It's feeling really cheap for me. I close my eyes and in front of both races and I can only see "Saving resources" everywhere.

I'm yet to have the moment of "Oh, that's why they went with this gender lock decision".
Lore will not justify it, it's not real, just make the lore the way you want. Stop to using it to cover cheap moves.
