Visual cues for crowd control

I just wanted to point out that it is difficult to tell when something is afflicted with crowd control.

Currently the only way of knowing is to actually target the afflicted monster and see if it has the debuff icon on it. This can be difficult too because sometimes the debuff icons look similar or I might not know what a particular debuff icon means.

So I was wondering if you could perhaps work on making debuffs, and more importantly crowd control debuffs, more visual in 2.0

Basically it's just showing you when the mage uses his crowd control skills, you can tell what he did just by looking at the mobs. I can tell he did frost nova because there is blocks of ice all around the mobs feet, and I can tell he did blizzard because the mobs bodies all turned blue.

Something similar to this would be awesome.

Agreed. At the moment, we have to have macros set when we're casting sleep or using Shadowbind to keep people from whacking the mob and removing the debuff.
