Info sooner than I thought. Step in the right direction I think!

No, it's as plain as day on the bottom.

They got rid of that horrible subtargeting for keyboard and mouse players! YAY!!!

Hey! I found out that sub-targetting with your healing abilities is VERY useful with a a mouse and keyboard. I personally like that!
But for nuking it suuuucks so hardcore, having to confirm a hundred times after choosing your spell. With the toggle option, though, it makes life easier for all styles, just turn it on or off.
Here is hoping that for 2.0, when they let out the tools to customize the UI, there is a way to make so each spell has the option to sub-target or not
