Minfilia Warde - Main Story Quest will not reappear to provide the next quest.

I have finished "Let Us Cling Together" and saw the quest "Good Intentions" in Red by Minfilia Warde. I was missing "The Naval (Hard)" before I could unlock the quest. I next completed "The Naval (Hard) and went back to Minfilia Warde at her location in The Solar and she will not appear to let me move on. All required Hard mode trials are done, the only quests I currently have are for extreme mode which is what I am working on. I am also going to re-do all the Hard modes to see if that will trigger it but any suggestions would be helpful!

Make sure you have "turned in" the quests you had that unlocked the Hard mode trials, as if you haven't done the follow ups to complete the quest, you aren't actually credited as far as the MSQ line goes.
Check your Journal.
If I remember correctly, each Hard has a final turn in at each of the primal's city state (Titan = Ul'dah) with a connector back at Waking Sands/Urianger in Vesper Bay.

I remember that some people were having problems with Minfilia being in The Walking Sands instead of the Rising Stones in Mor Dhona.
