Entered Standard, Have Collectors?

I entered the standard edition of the pre-order for Shadowbringers, unknowning that I have to apparently enter the collectors instead of the standard, even though I have the collector's, there no longer is a way to enter the code on my account. Help?

I thought at this point the only thing you could enter was the pre-order code which is the same for both versions.
Has this changed and you can now enter the code for the actual expansion if you somehow got it already (Steam?)?

this. you can only key in the pre-order code which allows you to obtain the items + early access.

You can't enter your Shadowbringers code until at least the 28th June. Possibly not until 2nd July and the official launch.
