Teleport Hacker In-game On Malboro

This is my first time posting on the forums, so I hope this is the right Thread to post in. Here's proof of a teleporting hacker spawning on-top of an npc, and then teleporting away. There's like 4 or 5 Lalas. I figured I should post for a GM to see.

I strongly recommend not posting any names here on the forums. Doing so can get you into trouble.

Hello! What you've found are ....likely to be RMT.
I use the word likely because with Square Enix, people are considered innocent until proven guilty.

What you cannot do is claim someone is cheating, and post their name here. That's claiming their guilty before an investigation is completed; which isn't allowed.
You cannot put a considered-innocent player on blast by posting their pictures, not matter how increasingly evident it is that they may in fact be breaking a rule.

Please remove the pictures from your post, and then as Dynratygus suggested, use the support desk option ingame and report RMT. I only ask you to do this because countless others have gotten in trouble for doing this. I don't want to see anyone get in trouble when they only have good intentions.
You can also contact the Special Task Force directly via This link in regards to RMT reports if it's easier for you.

Not to be rude, but I see no reason wasting your time posting this to the forum. The GMs will handle it once you report it in-game. We need to be tattle-tails in-game, not on the forum. You may get in trouble if so.

Real Money Trading.
The people who farm gil, and sell it for IRL money. THis isn't allowed by SE's rules. Also kinda dumb to do since gil doesn't get you much in this game.
Anyway, these RMT have bots going probably 24/7 teleporting around and just doing whatever it is they do to make gil. So it's not like someones behind the wheel of those characters you see.
They also tend to have garbaled names as it's just a quicker way of creating the characters. It also means it's easier to pick them out for an RMT report.

The ingame Support Desk actually has a few links for you to read up on RMT, as well as buttons to file a report on them right there.

This is sadly a regular occurrence as SE has yet to find a more lasting method of dealing with these hacking bots who gather gil for the RMT websites.

You see the highest numbers of them towards the start of the week as the weekly ban waves occur on Sunday, afterwhich they need to create new bots and send them through the MSQ...though it only takes a day for them to hit max level again so it's very much a losing battle.
