Dead players ending up beneath the world for some people

Frequency: Twice that I've seen
World name: Aether datacenter, Eureka Pagos instance
Character name: Ameme Ame'klin
Party or solo: Party
Area and coordinates: Eureka Pagos
Steps:
1. Be in Eureka (Pagos, possibly)
2. Group member dies a long distance away on map, go to rez
3. Find that they have loaded as beneath the world for you, so they are either out of range or not in line of sight
4. Have another player come rez the unfortunate soul

I have seen this twice in the past week or so and got a screenshot of the second instance (see below). The first time, both myself and another player who had gone to rescue the group member could not see them above the ground, but a third player managed to rez them.

The second time this occurred I asked another group member to help out. They had no trouble, though it looked like they were targeting and casting something below the world to me. Seems to be an error on loading the z coords of a player's body when first entering that particular section of the map. If I see it happen again I'll try exiting and entering the area to see if that helps. Still rather frustrating, especially if the person's timer is about to run out.
