Focus Target Suggestion

Why don't focus targets sort buffs/debuffs like the normal mob HP bar does? I played for a long time during ARR and on and off during HW and SB, still nothing changed about it. In larger fights/raids I have to keep jumping to the top of my screen instead of using this convenience feature, all the focus bar seems to be good for without buff sorting is HP tracking, quick targeting, and seeing what's being cast. So, the suggestion, allow Focus Target buffs/debuffs function just like the normal bar.
