Lodestone Information Not Updating

A couple of months back (Around November 18th), I transferred a character from Phoenix to Mateus to play with friends. However, the other day when I went to check things on the Lodestone, it still shows my character as being on Phoenix. All of the class levels, even glamour adjustments are all still reflecting that of when I was on Phoenix. I even used a Fantasia since then which isn't reflected, either.

Unsure if this info is needed, but as it's on the sample format...

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
Browser: Google Chrome Version 72.0.3626.119

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
