Rested XP Bonus: Please Double Its XP% Effectiveness
This was very balanced in A Realm Reborn, but the game has changed.
Speed of Rested XP Decreased As Levels/Roulettes Were Implemented
I understand the purpose of Rested XP, but I also understand that it's very easy to blow through this bonus within a day. It takes 10 days to fully recover rested XP, and would be more effective if the rate of XP gained had a better effect for people using roulettes.
Then Vs. Now
The system seemed a lot more balanced in A Realm Reborn but now there's a lot of jobs to level and it's way too easy to burn through rested XP. You also have leveling roulette offering a significantly less amount of XP per enemy if the player is even 10 levels away from the dungeon's capped level. But if a player is opting to select the dungeon, it will offer a greater reward.
Newbie Advantage / Mild Help for Roulette Players
This would effectively remove the hurdle of repetitive dungeon leveling for newbies and increase the rate through Heavensward and Stormblood if people are targeting dungeons.
There's also the factor of longevity. If there's a greater need for roles/jobs in the game, this will offer a bonus for more players to try the jobs to replenish raid groups.
Please consider this as there's many factors that have changed since ARR.
Requested Resolution
Double the experiences points effect of Rested XP Bonus. It will prevent folks from burning themselves out and find more value in the short period of time they have available with the rested bonus. The current percentage is too low to really matter.
