Audio Error
I've looked around and I don't think there are many others, if any, having this issue so I thought I'd post. Please let me know if I'm wrong.
I use a HyperX 7.1 Audio headset, and what will happen is at random points when I'm playing and I'm connected to Discord (more often when I'm in a call than not), all audio from both FFXIV and Discord will cut out and I'll hearing this chirping at inconsistent volumes. If I unplug my headset before exiting the game, this error will pop up and shut down the game. Either way, I have to unplug and replug in my headset to get audio back to normal. This hasn't happened for any other games or programs, strictly for FFXIV.

Same Error for me
i dont have the same audio item you are using. but ive been getting these same errors crashing my game at least twice a day for the last 4-5 days. ive reset my settings - and it still happened. i have yet to try uninstall and reinstall (didnt want to do something that lengthy yet). my computer was recently repaired - so i know all drivers are up to date with my pc.
would love a fix on this myself.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
How long have you had this issue. Also were there any changes made to the pc (such as mandatory or optional updates)? Also does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Please also provide a system report by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
MDG97756 , could you create your own thread and provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display." Please also provide a screenshot of the error message.
Hope to see you online!
