Currently getting the error NP-36116-7 when trying to start the game on PS4 (Pro). There isn't particularly much at all from googling as to what this error code is for.
Played fine last night, tonight I'm stuck. In case it was related to PSN, I tried logging into some other games just now, such as Monster Hunter World with no issue. Restarting the PS4 didn't do anything.
Suggestions? Help?
I played fine earlier today. I logged out to grab something to eat then I tried to login and now I have the same error. PlayStation 4 (first launch). =(
Yeah same error here. I already tried to turn off the system and unplug all the cables, to restore licenses and to sign out from PSN but nothing changes. :/
Tried doing hard resets using PS4's safe mode, still encountering the same issue, have you guys found any fixes for this issue :O?

Another person getting the same error here when I was playing fine earlier today. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this error haha. The FFXIV menu music starts playing but the screen stays black then after a little while this error comes up. Haven't been able to find any information about this specific error except the "NP" part relates to some problem with the Playstation Network so nothing to do except wait until someone fixes the error haha. Hope I don't have to reinitialise my PS4 or anything :eek:
Getting this issue as well, playing fine earlier. Tried to play tonight and this is all I get. And Google is being absolutely useless about any sort of fix for it.
Is it just Final Fantasy or are other games effected also?

I'm also getting this error message, tried rebooting both ps4 and router, unplugged the wires, disconnected and reconnected the internet and updated via the ps4's safe mode. None worked, so if anyone finds a fix please let me know :'(
Edit: Forgot to say I had no issue logging in yesterday at all.
