I believe you get the earring, the minion, and 1 other item once you pre-order before Shadowbringers drops. Once it drops, you will get the mount during early access. At least it showed me we got 3 or 4 items now before it drops when I pre-ordered tonight.
Ya was dumb question i was out at wendys when i placed order got home loged on got it .. my bad havent done preorder on ps4 store before

Indeed The 3 things you get are the minion gremlin, the Aytherite earring and early access.
