Stepped down as CWLS master, but it didn't promote any other leader as master

First of all, sorry for my bad English and I hope this is the right place to put this thread. I wanted to step down of my cwls while being a Master and I understand it'll automatically promote any leader with the longest time as Master, but it didn't.

I requested to be invited again from one of my friends to the cwls, but I remain only as a member now, so it's not possible to promote anyone without a leader.

Is it possible to request any kind of help from a GM and promote my other character on Siren as Master, whom is also named Hiromi Sakurai and the one I use the most, or make the Zalera one to be promoted as Master again?

Nevermind, it updated later about 2 hours and another member is now the Master :)
