Raise the FC level to make FC's fun again!

Right now every FC lvl unlocks certain options related to the operation of the FC.
I believe that system is outdated and should be added upon. There are some issues with FC's today and I think lvl 8 just isn't enough. There have been patches that create new requirements but the current FC system does NOT meet those expectations. I believe the FC should be able to level to lvl 20. Just like our chocobo's.
I suggest these options or similar options:

FC lvl 9: Add following Member/FC settings that can be applied to FC ranks:
- Members cannot approve/invite members that were kicked before.
- Members will only be able to take a limited amount from the vault daily (per type).
- Members will only be able to use a limited amount of FC credits daily.
- Assign gardens "seperately" so you can choose who can use garden 1 - 2 - 3.
- Assign Airships/Submarines "seperately" (idem to last mention).
- Vault option to autosell items in a certain vault tab if not used for a certain period, and its gil value automaticly donated to the vault.
- Vault option to allow the leader to assign each vault tab for 1 type of item only.
(so a leader would be able to only allow crafting material to one vault tab, consumables in another, etc..)

FC lvl 10: Unlocking 1 additional vault tab/inventory space (so 4 in total instead of 3)

FC lvl 11: Allow for 1 additional action to be activated daily (so 3 instead of 2)

FC lvl 12: Unlocking additional FC crest options (more logo's & colors)

FC lvl 13: Unlocking 1 additional vault tab/inventory space (so 5 in total instead of 4)

FC lvl 14: Double the max optainable FC actions (reserve - actions ready to activate)
(or increase their duration from 24 hours to 36 hours)

FC lvl 15: Adding FC logo crests to your armor will now provide you with a bonus.

FC lvl 16: Unlocking 1 extra vault tab/inventory space (so 6 in total instead of 5)

FC lvl 17: Unlocking level 3 actions

FC lvl 18: Unlocking additional FC crest options (more logo's & colors)

FC lvl 19: Unlocking 1 extra vault tab/inventory space (so 7 in total instead of 6)

FC lvl 20: Unlocking 10 FC house remoddeling plans

The FC house remoddeling house plans would:
1) Allow you to ditch the cellar level and add its size to the main hall or the 1st floor.
2) Allow you to use the upper door in the mansion to get to the balcony.
3) Allow you to install & use 1 additional submarine & airship (+use them all at once).
4) Allow for 10% more furniture/item use on the interior of the FC house.
5) Allow for 10% more furniture/item use on the exterior of the FC house.
6) Allow an interior FC marketboard with access to "only" crafting materials.
7) Allow for Orchestrion version 2.0 that allows members to configure their own music so everyone can listen to what they like without anyone being forced to listen to what they might hate. Members should be allowed to choose one of the songs the leader of that FC has aquired.
8) Improve Public relations, increasing company credit gain by 10%
9) Build level 4 FC actions for priming in the Aethereal wheel.
10) Remove exterior restrictions so you can use all walls, roofs,walls, etc.. from other regions that are now still limited/fixed to certain regions (for example, you can't use the "glade hedgewall". on a small mist house, this upgrade would remove this issue)

I believe that introducing "most" of these upgrades will once again give people a goal to strive for and FC's might become more active yet again since the gain will be worth the wait. I'm pretty sure a lot of people who quit would come back right away.

Don't take this idea litterally, its just an idea of how the current system could evolve into something fun to work towards.

It seems to me that SE has walked away from the FC, at least as far as future development. Now I ain't sure if it's to do with where best to spend their dev monies or just that they are focuses on opening up the community as far as possible (Cross world stuffs, visits etc) but it saddens me. I have good memories of the early 2.0 days spent in some very vibrant and fun Companies. It seems some still flourish but most are inhabited by a few actives and the rest inactive. No one raids within their FC group much anymore, I mean, you don NEED to but it sure fostered a sense of community within the FC. I do hope they are gonna throw some interest back at it but I doubt it, lately it seems like they are struggling with ideas for anything.

Whatever SE is doing, I plan to try to keep my FC intresting but it would help if Se gave me something to work with.
Afterall, they too gain from people "sticking around". The consumer should always be priority.
Having said that, SE should set up a special donation fund so idea's such as FC related upgrades could become a possibility without endangering future content.

Granted, my current FC is tiny, made up of jus me and my Elv-wife as actives and alts of friends that have moved on to other datacentres etc. But we did once run a rather large and active Company, and the one thing we always wanted was a place within the FC menu where we could post upcoming events, and also a place to post FC guidelines etc. This would have a generous character limit (not 244 or whatever<.<). We did it through the Company Board of course but it would be nice to have something larger and more prominent.

We've actually been doing that for over a year through discord. Back then it was with 120 players, right now thats gona be double that size.
Arranging events & custom (self invented) events is fun for the community... but admit it would be even more fun if it was organized and more in dept.
