ISO Synthetic Resin & Black Clay

Alrighty, so I have been trying for weeks know to get more Synthetic Resin and Black Clay from my airships, but RNG is against me and has brought back none. I know the item is MB prohibited but it is not binding so you can trade it between people.

Is there a way someone would be interested in selling me 10 synthetic resin and 16 black clay? We are trying really hard to unlock the shirogane castle walls and my few FC members are starting to give up hope on it.
