Modify gating of entry to Baldesion Arsenal

After having a full premade group fail to even enter an available instance for Baldesion Arsenal for over an hour for the 3rd time in my 4 attempts to join I kinda feel like the developers don't care if people who want to play their new content actually get the opportunity to experience it.

Here are a few suggestions to fix this problem since I have all this free time I can't use to actually play the content.

- Allow Ovni to continue spawning, opening a second or third set of portals for entrance to duplicate Baldesion Arsenal runs.

- Change the entry mechanism entirely. List different instances at the entrance NPC and allow selection of any instance with space available (show us player count as XXX/144 if you're feeling nice). Open an additional instance if all current instances are full as they do now as well as if all current instances meet the requirements that currently block Ovni from spawning and allowing entrance.

- Want it to really be an open world dungeon? Remove the player cap on entering Baldesion Arsenal and let everyone in the instance @ Elemental Level 60 enter!

- Allow an Alliance to preform and queue for Eureka Hydatos, opening a new instance for any full 18 member alliance queueing for the area once every 10-15 minutes. That would allow alliance A to open the area and then Alliance B could join them since the new instance mechanism would have a delay of 15 minutes.

I'm sure there's many more viable solutions to allow people to run this content, and I really don't care how you resolve this. I just want a chance to play the new content. I've literally done everything I can within the TOS to make that happen and you've designed a game system that is actively not allowing me to participate in the content.

tldr; I WISH YOU WOULD ACKNOWLWEDGE YOU SEE HOW THIS IS A PROBLEM AND GIVE US A FEW COMMENTS ON HOW OR IF YOU PLAN TO ADDRESS THIS!
