Returning player here. I saw someone riding this mount and was interested on how to obtain. I "googled" but there is conflicting information. I went to the Sylphic vendor and the horn is not there. I'm not 'trusted' in rep yet - is that why the vendor isn't showing it?
Is the mount still available to obtain?
You have to max Sylph rep in order to obtain the mount. The vendors only show what's available to you at your current rank, which varies from crafting mats to housing items to glamours depending on which rep you're trying to grind. Mounts will show up once your rep can go no further.
