Squadron Arcanist not Functioning Properly in Command Missions

Bug/Issue: I was running Command Missions to level up my squadron members and I brought 2 Arcanist class dps into the dungeon with me playing as a Scholar. If I casted Bio and Miasma on the target before the Arcanists, then they would not cast either during the fight. They seemed to recognize my dots as their own since they would then repeatedly cast Bane trying to spread my dots to the other enemies despite it being impossible. If I waited for them to cast first I would sometimes get 2 Miasma but they would never cast Bio. And if one of them managed to cast Miasma first, the other would not cast any dots. If I were to then cast my own Miasma/Bio from Scholar, they would not cast their dots as long as I kept mine on the enemies.

This ended up being crippling to the dungeon run since on top of not casting their dots, both Arcanist would just stand in place and randomly cast ruin but not consistently instead choosing to spam Bane repeatedly and otherwise spent most of the time not taking any action which made it impossible to beat certain bosses that required killing adds since I had to rely solely on the Tank and my own damage while also being busy healing due to the boss mechanics only targeting the player character in these missions.
