Upon the Rocks Orchestrion rate too low or bugged?

Hello folks! I am talking about the drop rate for the orchestrion piece that drops in Pharos Sirius Hard Mode. Under personal observation and a quick look at the market, I think the drop rate for that piece is suspiciously low or even bugged.

I tried running the dungeon quite a few times and am constantly checking the market for it and the history and it’s just not showing up. My server has seen less than 10 of those things drop at all.

If possible, can I request the music sheet drop rate to be increased? As it stands, it is much too low.
