Looking for Static Raid group

I'm a Samurai looking for a raid group very late into Alpha.

I've beaten 9s on first week. 10 took some time and 11 has been cleared twice 10 hours spent in there without having watched videos to clear that.

I'm BiS except for drops from 12s.

Looking for a mid to hardcore group that is focused on clearing all fights on between Tuesday - Thursday @ the latest.

I'm eastern time zone but can do Pacific as well. open to at least 2-4 hour time frame per night.

My goal is to get final mount and be BiS before expansion comes out.
