Missing Spells after Character Boots

I bought a white mage Boost and used it. I had spells like Stone 3 and Cure 2. After I logged out all rank 3 Spells are gone! Other spells seem to be mising as well.

Class/Level: White Mage 60

Aero and the Stone spells get upgrades as you level and the lesser spell becomes unavailable. Aero becomes Aero II while Stone becomes Stone II, Stone III and Stone IV over the course of leveling.

I am such a klutz. I forgot to put on my White Mage Crystal. All spells are back now. So sorry for wasting your time. :(
