90002 Error , Been more than 24 hours. Cant get on main

I was entering a dungeon when i was kicked off my main.
I am able to get on alts fine and mess around and do dungeons

contacted customer support and they said it will take 24 hours after the thing happened

its been WAY more than 24 hours and i still can not get on my main

Please help!!

Edit: My BF messed with the port system and it worked!
