Mac Digital Collector's Edition Grani Mount confusion?

I preordered the FINAL FANTASY XIV: SHADOWBRINGERS™ COLLECTOR'S EDITION [MAC DOWNLOAD] today, and registered my code on the special site, and.... I didn't see the Grani Mount included in either the site or the email?

Am I boned and unable to fix this as I've used both codes? (Special Site, Mog Station Redeem)

Did I order the wrong edition? Do I need to pony-up for the FINAL FANTASY® XIV: SHADOWBRINGERS™ COLLECTOR'S EDITION [PC]?
