I recently filed a ticket for the Matoya hat that said it was already used when I got it off the Encyclopedia Eorzea. The site I had up with my ticket number reloaded and I hadn't written it down, so I thought I'd use the ticket history that the site mentions exists. Except I couldn't find it anywhere, no matter where I looked. Is there a specific path or link for it?
