Shadowbringers Pre-order Rewards Clarification

The Shadowbringers website is a little unclear about pre-order bonuses. It states that items will be delivered on 3/1, so is it only people who order before that date who receive them, or do later pre-order customers simply get the items immediately? I ask because I'm unsure when Steam will make the expansion available for purchase.

Not sure, but I'd assume it's the latter option; would be a bit silly to gate items behind a one-month pre-order window. Either way, the Steam pre-orders will go live later today, at least in the EU, and I would presume similarly for US/Japan.

So we can only pre-order on steam...are we able to do it on square enix store website? And what time later are we talking about it is now 11:40 a.m. eastern time and I haven't been able to pre-order as yet.

US pre-orders start at 11am PST, I believe (in an hour and a half from when this post goes up, give or take), at least in the SE store. They didn't give a specific timeframe for when the Steam pre-orders are going up in the post on Twitter, just that they'd be going up later today.

Edit: Source. It's speaking specifically of the physical Collector's Edition, but I believe regular pre-orders should be up at the same time.
