Rngs unfair advantage granted 2 dps

Okay so math wise range grants unfair advantage 2 dps jobs this is simple fact of math of items even showing up

How well 1 healer drop 1 dps drop for all jobs


Then you got....

Range drop 4 mch,brd

Physical dex
Rogue
Then lancer is its own thing
Then you got mnk ,sam its in own thing.
And finnaly mage dps

So dps jobs have about 25-30percent chance 4 a drop

Then tank,healer we only got a 4-6 percent.

This is math wise unfair.

Mnk,lnc,sam should share drops
As should nin,bard,mch

Not sure what you meant but eitherway RNG is just random, sometimes you get something and other times you don't. It can be unfair but also very fair depending how you look at it, but it's not rigged against anyone.

But you are way wealthier as a tank and healer due to the bonuses you get from roulettes.
I am greeding everything, exchanging it for seals and selling the company materials for extra gil to spend on eq i want.

Uhh where are you getting these made up figures?
Also dps dont all share the same gear.Healers and tanks actually have it a lot easier than dps for drops.
But that should be obvious.....

That was really difficult to read. May I suggest if you're not super confident in your English (which is fine), you shouldn't use numbers in place of words if you want to be understood.

I think what you're saying is that because there are more dps sets than healing or tanking sets, that dps have an "unfair" share of the loot pool overall?

Ok... you're probably not wrong there, but there are also just more dps. More dps in the game, more dps jobs overall, more dps in your duty.

You can also look at this a different way, using myself as a point of reference because it's just easier: I probably don't play every dps job. So even if dps gear drops, it may not be useful for me. I have my main job just as you do. If stuff drops for my main job, I'm happy because I have a chance at an upgrade. My main is SAM. But that means that NIN, DRG, and caster gear isn't useful for my main job. MNK being on my gear too just means that my MNK gets some benefit from my SAM getting upgrades... good for my MNK... MNK still isn't my main job. But DRG gear (for instance) is just as useless to me as it is to you.

I don't understand, don't most DPS have it the worst actually? Considering Striking is only 2 classes, Scouting and Maiming are ONE kind of drop, and aiming is just 2. Casting DPS classes are the only ones equal to the tank/healer chances at 3. Hence, if a tanking or healing thing drops, 3 classes can make use of it each, whereas poor Ninjas and Dragoons get it the unluckiest.

Even with that the stat priorities are different with the caster jobs so they arent always useful for all 3 jobs.Although same could be argued about warrior vs dark and pld i guess but its not as big a difference.

I guess we are talking about dungeon loot and need/greed? I'll roll with that assumption. I think you are forgetting that a healer or a tank are going to get their queue to pop far more quicker thus can requeue quicker than a DPS can. Sure there may be more DPS related gear available to drop from coffer's, but hopefully you being able to run 2 dungeons to a dps 1 dungeon makes up for that. However, RNG is always RNG.

As others have said, this post was very hard to understand, a big step would be to try and use words/numbers appropriately. :D

Na lately my dps has faster q time than a healer that use to be true but isn't no longer. Plus more numbers means more chance compared to 1 set for tank,healer in all jobs.

Lately q time on healer is like 50mins and dps is 25 tops
