How soon can we unlock things like tome caps SE?

With the expansion only 5 months away can you unlock the tomestone weekly cap as well as the rewards from the 24 man raids? I'd really like to put all my jobs in Upgraded Sceaven Gear before the expansion hits. Having more time to do so would be really appreciated :)

it will probably be around April time and the cap would increase to 900 for genesis a week they have never made tomestones unlimited unfortunately but by expansion ,most people should have ilv 380 on anything they want to use for msq in the expansion
