on behalf of many persons frome the fanfest,
I would like to thank Ayumi Namae, she really was the revelation of this Fan Festival!
She worked on the most iconic FFXI garments (Corsair and Dancer) and also on many wonderful AF and glamours sets we use everyday to feel wonderful on FFXIV but also worked on one of the most appreciated character: Yotsuyu!
Thank you for your wonderful work, please continue to bring your magic to our world and to make it beutiful

I felt sorry for the woman. She seemed really really nervous and was trying really hard to answer the questions as good as possible. I just think her topic is something that needs more than the time they had to spare to talk about. It's a really interesting topic talking about concept design and how things progress from one stage to another. I'd also like to learn more about the 3D modeling. I'd also like to express how much I like what she does with the Artifact Armor. It has to be difficult keeping the iconic look while increasing it's "shiny-ness" each expansion. I heard once that the AF looks to much like each other, with Paladin being to Paladin-y. But I like how they keep the same look but add more detail or make it more extravagant.
She was nervous it's part of why Yoshida told the crowd to cheer her on. I think she did a better job the second time they had her out. I'm also glad she fought for the longer pipe. I hope we get more from the art team as it's interesting to see how they think and what they come up with given the info they get on theme.
I was very impressed with her panel. She handled herself brilliantly on stage despite her nerves and she's a very talented artist. I hope we see her again in the future.
Ayumi Namae was wonderful. I think she did well for her first Fanfest attendance.
I was at EU fanfest, and the closing ceremony was probably the highlight - she was trying to say thanks to all the players but was visibly tearing up at the crowd's applause. I don't think we stopped clapping or cheering through her part of the speech.
I hope she comes back for another Fanfest, her art panel was lovely
i feel like she gave some good insight to the creation process and even to what someone hidden in the backroom has to go though, but i do feel sorry for the slight hate she got for both the viera and for rambling, her posture told me she is not comfortable being infront of that many people, i hope she becomes more comfortable, i would love to see her again at another fan fest to show more character designs. maybe even let the fans vote on a design.

Especially first time on stage I can imagine being quite the intense feeling (it'll still be there following if you're a nervous/shy person but not as bad lol).
Hope she enjoyed her time there in Paris :)
Everything she said was a pleasure to listen to. I was surprised and delighted to discover she is responsible for practically all of my favourite FFXIV and FFXI designs!
I look forward to seeing more of both her, and her work in the future.
Ayumi Namae did a phenomenal job and I respect her talent even more now. It is never easy speaking and responding to questions about your career work in front of a hundred people (let alone 4000+ people) until one has gone through it several times.
I really appreciated her explanation into the staffs' design intent, choosing colour pallets, adapting to 3D rendering limitations, and the thought process involved for the various concept creations... plus her work on FFXI was really brilliant.
Thank you and I look forward to more excellent works from her and the concept team.
I really liked her, find her so pasionate about her job ^^
I hope we get more occasions to see her working, maybe with a "show" in wich we could see all dev working on their speciallity
