Housing Inquiry From a New Company Leader and Home Owner

So two months ago I started a Free Company and before that I purchased my own plot of Land to build an estate. I found out that I cannot turn my private Estate into a Free Company Estate so the FC and myself decided we would save up for a new plot. Now that we are at the halfway point for a Small Plot of Land I thought I'd ask some of the more veteran players about the housing:

1. How do I get the Estate for the Free Company (i.e. making sure it comes out with <FC Name> and not an individuals?

2. Can workshops and airships be built on small plots or is it only for the Large plots?

3. Can additional rooms for members be built in a Small Estate once acquired by an FC?

These are my primary concerns I have. Since I really want to give my friends in the company something great, even if it is the bare minimum. If anyone can share their wisdom with me I would greatly appreciate it.

1. When purchasing the plot it will ask if you want to purchase the plot for an individual or a free company as long as you have the rights to purchase the plot.

2. Workshops can be activated on any size plot and will have the exact same resources regardless of plot size.

3. Up to 512 rooms can be added to the estate if I remember correctly.


In addition to that, if you save up for a better plot later you can use the relocation option at an open plot's placard and it will carry over all the workshop stuff, fc member rooms and furniture (though you will have to redecorate the indoor/outdoor space as it will put all furniture into storage).

Also (something I was overjoyed to find out): if you relocate, even though the inside of the FC house needs to be redecorated, the FC-members' rooms will stay the same. Enjoy your new home!
