More Customizable Party List?

Is there a possibility in the future of doing a more customizable party list. Like namely making to so it will populate its field bottom to top for parties less than 8 so it can be anchored better to the bottom of the screen and not the top, but not look like its floating in space for small parties. Or make it so the HUD layout justifies solo, 4 man, and 8 man party sizes?

Also it would be nice to make it so the partly list can be customized to look like the alliance raid party windows for when you want something less cumbersome and its not strategic to have all that extra information.

Just seems like such an important list could have a lot more user friendly customization than class prioritization, amount of buffs/debuffs displayed, and initials or full names.

A party list that can grow upward would be great.

I'm against alliance frames as party frame, though. For many jobs, this gives not enough information. That's not a problem when it's used by...MNK DRG SAM? who don't need the extra information except for choosing a Goad target (and since TP is going away in ShB this may be a non-issue). But it does become a problem when people playing other jobs, who do need more information than just (Job, HP, currentAggro, isDebuffedBySomeUnspecifiedThing) don't use certain actions effectively (or at all!) because they didn't want to use the party list form that gives them the information they need.

I would like every UI element that has variable (effective) height depending of the current content be possible to have option to grow upwards. The ones that come to mind are party list, enemy enmity list and duty list. I would also like to have option Gor horizontal party lust that still offers all the information. Maybe so that one "player tile" would be in rows oh name, gauges, and (de)buffs.

Item tooltips are another good example, at least for those of us who set them to a fixed or fixed reversible position rather than at the cursor. My tooltips for simple things like crafting mats hover in the middle of the screen because if I put them near the bottom corner where I want to, then I wouldn't be able to see the much larger tooltips for gear.

I think ideal would be the ability to set any of the four corners as our anchor point for any HUD item, so for instance if we set the top left corner, that would be fixed while the feature could extend downwards and to the right depending on its current height and width, while if we set the bottom right corner as our anchor, it would extend upwards and to the left.
