Squadron Linkshell Network

I think it'll be a cool idea to be able to communicate with your Squadron Sergeant via linkshell when managing your squadron and maybe consider having it on our ffxiv app too. Give you options like

"Squadron returned from a successful mission! Awaiting orders"
- Training
- Manage Chemistry
- Check for recruits etc.

I'm fine with still needing to return to the barracks for certain decisions but I think it'll be really cool and engaging to remote manage while you're away from the grand company.
