- How does it work exactly: is it a flat 100% bonus to everything that grants exp?
- How long does the buff last?
- Why is there 0 information ingame about the buff and its effect?

Dunno why this stuff can't be looked up in game, but Road to 60 is +100% exp from all sources for classes under level 60. It lasts until the server you're on is no longer Preferred or until 90 days have passed since character creation, whichever is longer.
Original announcement of the bonuses: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...5d22338cf55ce7
Adjustment making it last a minimum of 90 days even if server status changed: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...296.1548689213
*New World stuff refers to new servers which were added around Stormblood launch. There are no servers considered "new" currently, right now the bonuses only apply to "Preferred" servers.
Will add, if you reach 60 the buff wears off only for that job, and goes again on if you switch to a lower levelr job.
Just if someone wonder when they reach 60 with something, then will lose buff. Will not.
I'm seeing this on bots, on Hyperion.
There's no ligit way to have it on this server, right?
There's no prefered servers right now, so the buff shouldn't exist?
According to the current(45 mins old) post, hyperion is currently one of eight north american servers tagged as a preferred world. There are currently no preferred worlds on the euro data centers, but NA and japan both have some.
I guess that explains the new wave of bots that are making it almost impossible to complete low level quests.
Congratulations!
