Nicely done. Now to sit it by a gravestone atop a snowy hill and stare intently into the distance while playing coertas theme with your hair blowing wildly in the wind
Very nice! But to be fair, you should probably poke a hole in the middle for the sake of authenticity.
Don't you dare eat that cake!
It looks really good, though I probably would have split the cake and filled it with more buttercream or something of the sort. Crumb coating it first probably would have made it easier to handle and ice too.
How long did that take you to make though?
How pretty!! I love it!
I'm pretty new at this, and since it was just for display--I didn't bother to fill it. I think maybe an hour to make? it felt like the time was flying!

I debated about adding the damaged part of the shield, but decided against it early on. I felt like it was more pure to leave it whole. I also thought about some of those silly little quotes about how 'new life' always blossoms where one has died to go with the flower theme, but at the end I just decided to keep things super simple.

Any suggestions on what kind of cake design I should do next? :3
Hmm...upon closer inspection...I felt like something's missing tho.
Ah, that's right! Where's the hole?
