Helle kind people,
Started FF14 couple weeks ago, and recently finished main story in Stormblood. Currently playing as DRK tho sure about continue tanking at this point since without gear it feels kinda underperforming in party/raids.
Anyway what I would like to ask is, is there any good fan site etc. for FF14? Like wowhead for WoW. I would like to search class guides/gearing tips-stat caps-weights/unlocking certain things etc etc.

As far as I'm aware, there isn't a single devoted fansite for everything you mentioned. However, there are a few good resources for what you're looking for:
1) The Balance (https://thebalanceffxiv.com/) offers a number of job guides and guides for hardcore raiding. The guides aren't directly applicable to non-hardcore content, but the information they provide is useful for all levels of play regardless. There is also a Discord channel (https://discordapp.com/invite/CjQkEn3) where you can get help with requests like this.
2) For gearing up if you've just reached endgame, check out this Reddit thread: https://old.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme..._70s_patch_44/. It will walk you through the general process of getting geared up to continue with the MSQ and other endgame activities (raids, trials, etc.). It's designed for the last story patch (4.4), but things haven't changed dramatically for this process for 4.5, and it includes a few applicable tips for it anyways.
