Game won't start from applications folder (MacOS Mojave 14.2; Early 2015 MacBook Air)

Double clicking on the application directly in the applications folder freezes the computer and can only be force shutdown from there.

However, inspecting the folder with "Show Package Contents", and clicking on the executable called FINALFANTASYXIV allows it to boot to the launcher as normal.

It'd be nice if this could be fixed moving forward, but as I can still play the game as is, there's no rush on it.
