Lost retainers
Hi i lost my retainers when transfering from 1 server to another and been attempting to get my issues resolved for the past couple of months now........


Date of issue: 9/11/2017
World name: Phoenix
Character name: Lady Fawn (pon yo currently)
Retainer name: Bella Nheu / Nheu Miu

when i transfered from phoenix to zodiark i lost both my retainers which did not show up on zodiark server and i remade 2 new retainers called Ladyfawn and Elorafawn.... which later i transfered from zodiark to louixsoix then returned back to phoenix server to see if that would fix my retainer problem

Won't help with missing retainers but have you taken a look at the calamity salvage for the missing gear?

calamity salvage does not have reward items reclaim checked it multiple of times and even checked the armorier in inn aswell iv been having this problem for awhile been through multiple of GMs which keep sending me to forums to get my issue fixed.... and still it have not been fix since 2017...... and its now 2019
