Two new players (husband and wife) looking for FC/community

Hello all we are a husband and wife duo who are coming over from WoW, trying to find our way through and learn Final Fantasy XIV.

I Play a Paladin and she plays a Black Mage (we are both level 35 at the moment of this post)

Our ideal Free Company is one that ...



- we would like to find a community with a larger player-base, that plays at all hours. (not a requirement though, just active)

- possibly an older or more mature crowd, we have had are fill of 18 year old wannabe drill sergeants who’s voices crack when they complain about raid DPS.

- community driven - meaning players that strive to include everyone.

- for me personally i wouldn’t mind a multi-gaming community as i play many different games.

- Does not have to be a hardcore raiding guild. though a bit of raiding(eventually) would be nice eventually.

The Hellborn Manta is a progression focused FC with weekly events, double FC buffs, a mansion in the mists, and a friendly community of players to enjoy the game with. We've a fairly active discord, our second raid group just started their runs while our first raid group is progressing in Hello World, the final mechanics of the newest raid. Yesterday we finished up some Extreme Primal clears for FC members, and most every friday we've set up Map runs.

Are you and your wife still playing on Faerie? My wife and I play here as well and are looking for a good group to run with. Message me in-game if you like.

My FC, Wildsky Garden, strives to be inclusive, friendly and helpful - not just to those limited within the FC. Our active members are only a handful so if you're looking for a large populated FC that's unfortunately not us though someone is online at every hour of the day. We run new and old stuff, craft and participate in minigames and try to go at the pace of newer players unless they prefer the general publics race to the finish pace.

Raiding at the moment isn't as active due to the oncoming Expansion in roughly a months time but we still run raids old and new and will be running them as they release in the expansion. No one's pressured to participate but are welcome to come.

We try to be laid back and recommend you take things at your own pace.
