Free Company Overview
Welcome and thank you for considering HYPER as your new home. The Hyper Free Company <Hyper> is a NEW, SEMI-HARDCORE community that is based on the pillars of Teamwork, Community and Fun. We welcome New, Low Level and Returning players who desire a fresh start and home to grow with BUT also any Veterans just looking to lend a hand and their knowledge. In Hyper, we believe that amazing players are nice to have, but amazing people is what we recruit. Because while having the best gear and most current knowledge is a nice thing, being a person who is not only reliable but friendly and always willing to help out is the most important thing to us. We are a family that will take the time out to teach and guide new, low level players while also maximizing the end game experience of the seasoned players.
(NOTE: Please understand and bare with us as our number of members is still low but growing. Every FC starts somewhere but we look forward to growing with like-minded individuals. Quality over Quantity.)
Hyper Goals
COMMUNITY & COMRADERY: What makes a good Free Company/Guild for Hyper!? It's ability to foster that sense of community and fellowship. Hyper is looking to grow not only as a community but as players. To learn and teach content, pass on our knowledge to those newer or less experienced, support and empower those with more wisdom and skills, while also maximizing the potential of each and every player within our walls. We want everyone to be well-rounded, knowledgeable, social and most importantly "HYPE'D UP" about our family. If there is something we don't know, we're going to work together to figure it out. If you need help with your crafting, gathering, quests or upgrading your gear, then we're here to help you with that. No one is perfect and everyone needs help at some point. The best part of joining Hyper is that you'll never get the feeling of being alone. You'll have a family of friends to support you every step of the way. This will be a community to be mentored and cheered on for your accomplishments. Teamwork is the name of the game for us. If you're willing to learn from others or if you have knowledge to share and help mold, then this is the place for you.
RAIDING: Our goal for Shadowbringers is to have at least two raid groups that raid 2-3 nights a week. With both groups, the main objective is to be on the cutting edge of progressing through the most challenging raid content available, including Savage Raids & Ultimate Trials, with the ultimate goal being completion before the first nerf. If the interest is there, we will complete Stormblood's Savage & Ultimate content prior to the release of Shadowbringers.
EVENTS: We'll eventually be hosting seasonal activities, contests and other little gatherings to keep our members engaged and morale high.
HOUSING: Currently, we're saving up for a Large Mansion. Everyone is working together in this effort because the FC House will serve us greatly for team building, hosting events and having fun.
The Ideal Members
Our ideal members are players who are excited and hype'd up to be part of a environment that believes in being social, guild minded, goal oriented and family friendly. We want members who actually want to be part of something great, get stuff done, have fun kicking ass and make the most out of being here. Players with a "can do" attitude and a desire to be part of something bigger than themselves. Players who want whats best for the community and not just themselves. For this reason, Discord is REQUIRED for membership. No pressure to be on 24/7 or at the moment you join, but we do ask that you join Discord within the first week, introduce yourself and hopefully become an active/involved member of our family. Players who genuinely love to come online, socialize with fellow guild members and work as a team to accomplish goals will appreciate this. Communication is key here so having members who understand this is best for us.
Real Life Comes First
We are not a casual or hardcore FC. We're in the middle. We are serious about growing, helping each other, getting things accomplished and having a fun time. HOWEVER, we firmly believe that real life comes first and we will never ever fault anyone for taking a couple days off to handle real world things. No member should or will ever feel obligated to be online on any particular day unless its an event that you signed up for like a raid, then you only need to notify us you can't attend. Never put the game before your work or family.
Our Organization
As a member of Hyper, you're going to get out what you put into it. With that being said, we are fostering an atmosphere where organization is key. Once we have the proper amount of members, we will host multiple weekly events which will include both end game content and activities for members of all levels (i.e. Chocobo racing, treasure hunting, dungeon farming and more). We will also work together to make sure that Hyper is a highly self-sufficient community by combining all our efforts and saving the funds (GIL) in the company chest for things that will benefit the FC as well as storing items for crafting, gathering and developing our classes in the chest.
