Copy image address is good too, when using the image code you want it to end in an image format like .png , .gif , .jpg. There are other ways to get the image ending, like when you upload the image it should be one of the share links you can nab - but right click tends to be my go to (some websites try to block it but then you can inspect element and tell them to go away lol).
Then of course put it within the code [IMG ] [/IMG ] without the spaces as you were doing :) -

Not completely the same but i also heard you can see players retainers from time to time go out and gather.
I have seen these NPC's, they usually are dressed in blue if i recall -
