Are each stage rewards weekly things? The poetics and Allied Seals are what I’m referring to. Or are those first time bonus only like the initial completion of a guildhest for each class and after that you only get the weekly challenge rewards?

Only the ones marked with stars have weekly rewards. The rest are one time completion rewards.

Also you don't get the weekly reward unless you finish it appropriately. You may have to look up specifically what each target it to know what you need to do to earn it.
