Weaver is the only craft without a 41+ offhand tool... Mahogany is lvl 40 and gives less m.craftmanship than an electrum needle.

Fishing also has mythril gig at 40 and the other gathering offhand are 43.
There are a lot of inconsistencies with gear in general across all classes, they need to start making gear sets instead of randomly adding items here and there.
Previously, the missing recipes were supposed to be added in 1.21 but the recent announcements tell us that would be for 1.22+ (meaning, don't get your high hope crafting recipes will be fully revamped sooner then 1.23).
