Lexen-tails Hairstyle Missing

Steps:
I have finished the Orbonne Monastery as well as the subsequent quests and have gone to the Gold Saucer to collect the Lexen-tails hairstyle. However when I talk to the attendant in both Prize Claim I and II, the hairstyle is nowhere to be found. Others who have finished the raid along-side me have all been able to purchase the hairstyle, yet I have been unable to purchase it as the item is not appearing.
