I killed many time Magitek Vanhuard H-2.
I let this first shots 3 times drill cannon and killed. I don't get learn it.

How I can do it?
Or reason I don't done 50lvl BLU quest when mobs don't give learn spells?
I was bellow level 20 when i got the ability so not sure.
I had a friend on standby in case i needed a heal or to take agro
It's just random whether you get it or not. See the enemy use it and if you don't learn it, just go on to the next one.
Learning is all random chance.
Start the fight. Let them cast the ability. Kill them.
Rinse and repeat until you learn the skill.
I took my friend to get it and shes only level 1 blue mage. She got it on the 2nd or 3rd enemy we killed. So it shouldn't matter besides RNG :)
It's just RNG, I got it at level 1 with a group of friends. :) good luck!!
Are you sure you're letting it use Drill Cannon. It doesn't use it until after it has used a different aoe a few times first.
