As I am unsure where else I could post this I'm posting it here.
I recently sent my friend a recruit a friend code, she said she entered it and received the friendship circlet and other items. On my account though it shows no new recruit a friend, i have no confirmation email saying she entered the code like i've had before, and no items.
Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.
I'm not sure about it not showing up in your account having a second refer a friend but as to your rewards the refer a friend page says this:
In-game rewards will be sent via moogle delivery service to recruiters based on their friend's subscription length. Note that the 30-day free play period does not count toward subscription length. (Purchasing subscription days using a game time card, however, will allow subscription days to be immediately accumulated).
In the event that two or more friends have been recruited, only the subscription length of the friend with the longest subscription period will be counted. The number of days subscribed will not be a total from all friends recruited. Also note that even if two or more friends have been recruited, these rewards will only be awarded once per service account.
So If your friend if still on the 30 days free play period you will not get any rewards until her/she purchases 30 days of actual game time, when they have and added it to there account only then will you get your rewards
Also you do not get rewards for every friend you recruit, by reciting your friends you are helping them out by giving them the friendship circlet and other item to help them level up to you.
As for your rewards if i am understanding the way it is written, even if you recruit 2-3 people you will only get rewards for only one person who has the longest subscription period.
Again If i am understanding the way it is written, if one of your friends adds 150 days of game time you will get 5 Gold Chocobo Feathers, however you will not get another 5 feathers is a second friend adds 150 days.
