Question: Does the Lalafell Step Stool glitch still work?

I read this in the patch notes today:

Then I realize this might affect the Lalafell Step Stool glitch that I use on many of my NPCs, but I'm unwilling to test this out because then my vendors might be stuck behind a counter that's too large for them. Has anyone tested this glitch out to see if it still works after 4.5?

Still works. There's an alternative method to it now too that can allow you to place them at other heights.
