How to unlock the Mahjong 1st dan duty finder?

hi,

Everything is on the title.
I reached 1st dan but the DF is still locked
do I have to reach 2nd dan to unlock it or is something wrong?

Someone else had this same issue. You can log out of the game and log in again as a workaround
